LEMOND MG LLC, described below as LEMOND LG, is the sole owner of the website and online shop www.delmondclothing.com.
A person registered on the website - www.delmondclothing.com, is called below the USER. By singing up or registering at www.delmondclothing.com, the USER automatically agrees with and accepts the terms and conditions of the website. LEMOND MG reserve its right to alter the contents of the present terms and they become valid at the moment of their publishing. LEMOND MG reserves its right to change the website layout and structure, which includes altering, repositioning or adding new elements.
By registering at LEMOND MG - www.delmondclothing.com, You as the USER agree that LEMOND MD may send you e-mails with to purpose to inform you about any changes, new products and offers, as well as current special offers. In case any of the terms are not valued by the USER, LEMOND MG reserve its right to deactivate your user profile and restrict access to the www.delmondclothing.com website. The present terms, which the USER agrees with and accepts at the moment of placing their order or at the moment of registering a personal profile on the www.delmondclothing.com website are to be considered an agreement between the two parties - LEMOND MG and the USER.
Payments
After accepting an order, placed by the USER, a validity check is being made. The USER is obliged to provide a valid phone number and delivery address, to pay the price of their order, and to pay any delivery duties (unless cases where free delivery applies), to provide access and assure someone would be able to accept and sign for the merchandise on the provided address. Payments options for each location differ and are shown upon checkout, which include some of the following depending on your location: cash on delivery, paypal, bank transfer or credit/debit card. Please note that all orders are subject to an extent reviewal prior processing. We reserve the right to deny an order or request any additional information prior processing. All prices shown on the website include VAT but do not include any additional delivery charges that may apply.
Delivery
The ordered merchandise is to be delivered on the address provided by the USER. The USER obliges to take responsibility for giving access to the courier in order to accept the order at the provided address. Delivery times are based on TNT and EMS Bulpost schedule and can take up to 5-10 business days in case the address provided by The USER is valid and the order is in confirmed/shipped state. In case you notice any mistakes within the data provided at the time of placing your order or on the electronic invoice please contact us immediately.
In case any third party is involved in the accepting of the order on behalf of the USER who placed the order, he obliges to pay for the order and for the delivery, except in the cases where the order has been already paid by an alternative online payment method as described in the "Payments" section. Any additional delivery charges which may apply are calculated based on the TNT and EMS Bulpost rates and depend on the location of the USER.
Reclamations
Upon accepting the parcel, the USER must open its contents in the presence of the courier, in order to assure the condition in it was delivered. In case the product received is not in the ideal condition in which it was advertised (i.e. contains unwanted spots or signs of wearing), the courier has to write a protocol in the presence of the USER, which would guarantee the resending of the order. In order to accept the return or exchange of the product, the USER has to return it in its original condition, along with any brand labels, without any signs of wear.
In case the above conditions are not met the request would not be valued! Returns and exchanges are accepted only upon the above conditions are met!
Returns and exchanges
In case the USER does not feel satisfied with the purchase, the product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after the date of the purchase. Before returning a product, the USER has to contact LEMOND MG to provide more information regarding the reason for the exchange. Any returns or exchange requests received without prior notice would not be accepted.
In case of a return or exchange any delivery charges are to be paid by the USER !
Any products manufactured by custom measures, provided by the USER can not be returned or exchanged! The above also applies to all LIMITED EDITIONS of any product ! Any products discounted 50% or below the regular price can not be returned or exchanged!
Accepting a return
The model, which the USER wants to return or exchange has to be in its original packaging, and in the same way and condition as it was received, including any original labels, it must not have been used, be dirty or cleaned with any laundry detergent, as well as must not be accompanied by any unpleasant smell. In case the above conditions are not valued, LEMOND MG reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of the product!
The delivery charges for the reclaimed product, return or exchange are to be paid by the USER.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR WHICH THE DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NOT ALREADY PAID BY THE SENDER !
After accepting the returned product we will refund you within 25 working days. The amount will be refunded either to your bank account which has to be written in the form brought by the courier who accepts the return, or using any other means to which the parties both have agreed to, like paypal or cash by courier.
The product that you would like to return or exchange must be in its original condition in the same way as it was delivered by the courier, must not have been used, be dirty or cleaned with any laundry detergend, as well as not be accompanied by any unpleasant smell.
In case the above conditions are not met LEMOND MG reserve the right to refuse the returned product in which case it will be delivered back to the USER with the delivery charges at his expense.
Exchanges
In case you need to change size or to switch the purchased item with another model the above conditions have to be met. An assistant at LEMOND MG will help you to choose the right size or model, as well as inform you whether the model you have chosen is in stock.
All exchanges are at your expense!
Delivery charges on return and exchange of a product is always charged to the USER! Any products manufactured by custom measures, provided by the USER can not be returned or exchanged! The above also applies to all LIMITED EDITIONS of any product! DISCOUNTED AUCTION ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR RETURNS, BUT ONLY FOR EXCHANGES! Any products discounted 50% or below the regular price can not be returned or exchanged!
Privacy
LEMOND MD guarantees data confidentiality. Any private data related to the USER will not be published in plain text form. The USER takes the responsibility for the safety of his account credentials (username and password), as well as for all the actions placed through his account, either by him or by any third parties involved. Legal notice
LEMOND MG, as an owner of the store, gives you the allows you to load and review all materials, which are published on the website only for personal use and without any commercial intent. It is necessary for the USER to comply with any legal rights and their respective labels. The USER is not allowed to alter or change LEMOND MG's products in any way, to distribute, resell, copy or use them for any commercial purposes - the reuse of all the images, texts, or any other resources which are published on the www.delmondclothing.com website by unauthorized third parties to other websites is strictly forbidden!

Prices and stock quantities
LEMOND MG reserves the right to change the prices of all listed products without any prior notice to the USER. The USER agrees to pay for the product on the price which was listed on the website at the time of placing the order. In the case of any technical mistakes LEMOND MG reserves the right to refuse processing of the order placed by the USER, and does not owe any kind of compensation to the USER, except to refund the amount charges paid by the USER, when such apply.
